Lost and Damaged Items:
In the case an item does not arrive, contact the shipping company for an update. If the item was lost or arrives damaged along the way, please visit the contact page to inform our customer service team. We offer full replacement items, free of cost, for lost shipments, and full refunds or replacements for broken or damaged items. Wrong orders also qualify for free replacements, free of charge. After contacting our service team, proof or purchase and item pictures may be additionally required. Items damaged accidentally do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Futuretribe® does offer refunds for products in the unlikely case a customer does not want to the product. To refund a product, please contact our service team with your request. Our support team works around the clock to insure your inquires will be answered as soon as possible. After contacting our service team, proof or purchase and product pictures may be required, as products need to be in the same condition to be eligible for a refund.
Futuretribe® orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within the first 12 hours. After an item has been shipped, delivery can be expected within 1-2 weeks, possibly more for certain countries (exact information can be found at checkout). We offer international shipping on all our products.
After placing an order, an order recipe will be sent to your email, along with a tracking number and instructions which can be used to track your shipment until it has been ordered.
